Returns & Exchanges

At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your iconic G9 jacket or any other item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Baracuta tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
